The design steps

Step 1: first determine the location

In view of these limitations, the focus is on the large heat sink itself. First of all, we should know whether the condenser is away from the heat source or close to the heat source.

· If the distance is more than 40-50mm, heat pipe heat sink is better.

The design is highly flexible, allowing for custom heat pipe bending and flattening to conform to any shape in the three dimensions.

· If the focus is on solving the diffusion thermal resistance, then the VC heat sink scheme is the best, but the basic condition is that the perimeter ratio of the heat sink to the heat source is greater than 30:1.
